Penn National Pick 3 and Pick 4

They just cancelled after the 2nd race.

What is the policy there on pick 3 and pick 4 tickets that are live ending in race #4?

Refund? I don't see any conso payoffs listed.

The .50 pick 3 with all-all at the end paid $.70

The .50 pick four 2 of 4 paid $101.20
