Illinois Bill passes senate... on the house

Illinois bill sb737 (slots bill) passed the senate by 1 vote .....it is now in the house's hands to save racing in the lincoln land.

I think it passed the senate last year also and died pretty quick when it got the house. Same will happen again probably
