Default Holy **** Carson Palmer

Looked absolutely amazing tonight. Better than ever. Mwind, Bucket, et al from Cincy, looks like a hell of a year in front of you guys. I didnt think he'd make it back so quickly, but damn. Cant wait for 9/24 and 12/31. Gotta figure me out how to get into both of those games. Gonna be some great battles to enjoy!

P.S. Chad Johnson still cracks me up

Dustin

Can you believe that preseason football was first on Sports Center over Andre Agassi's first round match at the US Open, his last hoorah?!

This man has been an Icon in this sport for 20 years. Yet ESPN would rather show highlights of games that dont even count and the unbearable Bill Parcels. Yuck, cant stomach that guy.

Well no one cares about Tennis Gander that is why football was the main story. The ESPN on-line survey yesterday was 72% of people who could care less about the US Open. That is staggering.

I grew up a Cincy fan because we didnt have football when I was little. Cincy was the closest team. So glad to see Palmer back and looking good.

The Reds are in a slump and still lead the wild card. With 30 games to go, all they have to do is go 500 and they will win the wild card.

Care to make a wager on the Reds winning the Wildcard? I dont think they will. While I can understand real NFL games taking over the highlights of Sports Center, preseason games are awfully meaningless and shouldnt upend high quality tennis, its a freaking major tournament. I am not surprised that 72% of people could care less about tennis. Makes no difference to me. So glad I am not one of those grown men who wear football jerseys out in public and spend 7 hours on Sunday watching football in a sports bar.

Cmmon Euro. Surely your Reds can win the wildcard. Why dont you parlay some of this weekend's winnings into more with a bet with your pal Gander? Hmmm? I say no way do they win the wildcard.

While you are correct, preseason means nothing, but the return of Palmer was highly anticipated. Us NFL fans are fiending for the season to start, so any type of live football is big. Lots of fantasy football fanatics, such myself, needed to see him go out a perform. I didn't get to see the game, but from what I hear, he was lights out.

Yeah, we have a Sunday Football party each Sunday. About 16 people come over. Most are Colts fan and there are a few Titans fans and a few Bengal fans. We cook out and have some fun. The kids play football and it is a good time. But I couldnt see spending 7 hours in a bar watching TV. That would be awful.

Tennis doesnt matter. It is like hockey. No one cares. ESPN only shows the sport people care about. Notice that this year Tour de France was always one of the last segments and years past it was always the first. Well that is because people care about Lance. People really dont care about Agassi.

.........yeah, bill with those man boobs is very disturbing to look at.........but, the munsters on t.v. land get higher rating than tennis....... if you had 3 choices between hockey, tennis or the munsters, gotta say munsters in a land slide.

Parcells is unbearable. Thinks his **** doesnt stink and believe the guy is a ass. Made a complete baffoon of himself 2 summers ago when he introduced himself to me and a group of friends. Like he actually thought we'd be impressed. Like he was Andre Agassi or something. Please.
