Derby - Belmont Double

Would you guys and Gals bet on an Epsom Derby / Belmont Stakes Double if NYRA were to offer it?

I thought about this last year when the Derby and Belmont were on the same day and listing to ATR Gerry from NY was talking to Steve about the Derby and it reminded me that it would be a fun wager.

Any Thoughts and who at NYRA do we need to contact to suggest the wager?

I think it would be fun. I've bet on the Derby the last couple of years on Belmont morning. Last year I bet from my friend's house before we left for Belmont. We left before they Derby and I was happy to find when I got to Belmont (I'd bet on my NYRA account) that I had won and had more money for the card.

Does the Form ever put the Epsom Derby in it? That would seem to me to be a key component of whether or not people would bet it. Not many here follow the Epsom Derby horses closely enough to bet it on names.

As long as the silks aren't all purple.

all different colors including the bright lime you wanted.We can color them with famous silks.
