Phonebet is usually a mess on big racing days anyways (takes forever and a day to get a live operator), but this certainly doesn't make things any better. I usually stick to phonebet.com on the big days.

I might have to get another wagering service, just in case. If it takes weeks like it did in Vegas, I am hosed for the Derby and possibly the Preakness.
On big race days, even when all is well, I notice that the online system actually tanks before the phone access does..."No more servers available" type of message.
