Discreet Cat and Invasor
I know that results from Dubai (including DC's destruction of Invasor) are highly questionable this year.
I know this conversation has been had before. I know he has only run 3 times in his life, and his soundness is highly questionable. But, Every time Invasor wins another of these classic-division graded stakes races I just can't help but wonder.....how good was/is Discreet Cat? Did we miss out on what could have been some spectacular Discreet Cat-Bernardini or Discreet Cat-Barbaro battles this year because of the way this colt has been handled? It seems like we might never know.

but look at it another way....invasor shipped into dubai, and was handed his one loss ever.
discreet cat beat him on dc's home turf...shipped over here and has been MIA since, while invasor runs the board.. i'll take invasor tyvm.
