Steve,
The Magna site is currently showing Santa Anita races 4 and 5 as being part of the Magna, not races 5 and 6.

Big difference too, as that would make the San Felipe part of the sequence, with everyone singling POTN, including Jon White.

That's odd.. I lifted this from the site earlier today.

LOL. Just checked. The times are the same so they must have had the races wrong. They corrected it as did I.

From two graded stakes in legs 2 & 3 we proceed to a parade of pigs in leg 4, an $8K maiden claimer at GG. Oh brother.

Steve was correct with the races he posted. Pioneer of the Nile looks like a single on a lot of tickets but if he has an off day this wager could pay big ballons.

It's actually $29,000 MSW.. You were looking at the 5th which may have been incorrectly listed originally along with the mistake on the SA races...

There could be as few as 3 horses running in the San Felipe (with both the 6 and 7 likely scratching), so I'd definitely be prepared to tweak your ticket tomorrow. Overall though, I think you covered your bases pretty well.

EDIT: Per Santa Anita's website, The Madella horse will be running in the San Felipe, after being rumored to scratch on Thursday.
