I was dead set against Cardoso/Zaidie in the 9th with Homeister off. They're something like 48% for the meet together- when she bailed, I thought there was a bigger picture going on -either something amiss with the horse, or perhaps a falling out... I figured if there was a tiff, there are clearly are more capable hands in the jocks room than Cardoso. Which led me to feel as though the horse was off. Overthinking instead of using a horse returning to his preferable surface/distance would have been my undoing. |
