Default Arlington question

I found a winning ticket I forgot about from my visit Friday at Arlington - anybody know if I can cash this at Churchill OTB?

1) Doubt it

2) If not, I'll just pay you at opening weekend Toga for the ticket and cash it when I get back

I would hope that you could cash it at a Churchill OTB, Arlington is CDI.
