Default Blue Grass Stakes

Is it possible to gage this race as a prep race towards the derby? How would you compare poly track performance to that of the dirt and not just any dirt, CD dirt??. I’m not sure how to measure performances In BGS !!! I have no clue about the transition from ploy to dirt..experience players need your help. Thanks.

How could you possibly have compared Keenelands old track with CD's dirt? (which apparently Hard Spun does like)

Well the big horses in the race already have races over the Churchill surface. This race means very little for the top 2. Great Hunter and Street Sense could run last and come back and win the derby. They both have the talent to win on May 5. The interesting horse to watch is Time Squared.
