![]() 6th Race - MCL 50k Abt. 1 Mile Turf
7 - Red Pride (2-1) Speed and fade in last. Proctor sent this Red Ransom Miss out 3 times in the am since last. Lures Lezcano, should be a bit more relaxed this time. 10 - Suspirito (3-1) Outkicked by Si Si Mon Ami (who ran very well Tues. going 5f) in her last, nothing to be ashamed of. 2nd off a slight layoff for Manny Azpurua (27%). Won 5 - Northernbamagirl (15-1) Northern Afleet filly sports a nice work after her first outing when she took a bit of time to get rolling after a horrible break. Should enjoy the added distance. 3rd 7th Race - Clm 16000N2L 6.5f 4 - Quidnet (5-1) When we last saw this mare in March '06, she turned in a dominating performance over the Tampa sand. A nice series of works for the comebacker. 2nd 6 - Cat in Bronze (3-1) Back to a more realistic level after a N1X drubbing. Looking for her maiden breaking form. 5 - Enchanting Muriel (4-1) Sharp since returning to dirt sprinting. Won 8th Race - MSW 18k 6f 3 - Flash of Victory (6-1) Bruce Alexander sends out this Victory Gallop gelding who showed what he could do on Jan 30 in the am. The only puzzling thing is the choice of Luis Garcia to ride.... 3rd 12 - Islandprospectrbob (5-2) Set to graduate on the turnback. Out of one of my favorite race mares in recent years at Tampa, Cinderella Island. Scratched 13 - Parting Gesture (3-1) Shug obviously feels this colt out of Furlough is a cut below in South FL. He also is winning at a tepid 3% with firsters. Probably needs a race but...still have to respect if he draws in. 9th Race - OC 32k/N2X Abt 5f Turf 3 - Helen's Legacy (4-1) Flying late in last under Centeno. Plenty of speed signed on here, so it should set up nicely again for her. 6 - Louve Sauvage (3-1) Huge jockey switch from Pusac to Lezcano will put this one right in the mix. Won 4 - Broken Smile (15-1) Draw a line through her last and she fits in here nicely. Another that will do her best running in the stretch. The $48 play: 6 - 5,7,10 7 - 4,6 8 - 3,13 9 - 2,3,4,6 GL Last edited by Bigsmc : 03-08-2007 at 04:12 PM. |

![]() Can someone tell me what the 5 horse was doing in the stretch? Looked like he got spooked inside the 2 and those front legs were going everywhere.
Can't wait to see the head on replay. Edit: Upon review of the head on, he got knocked off stride by the 2 horse. |

used the wrong class dropper, used the 4 instead of the 7. This PK4 is tough today.... the possibility of hitting the "ALL" button in the 3rd leg is really not too far fetched... -bt- Last edited by -BT- : 03-08-2007 at 02:06 PM. |

![]() didn't want to bet anything until the PK4, but i really like this #4 in the 5th; Thunder Point, recently broke his maiden off 2nd time layoff, beyes match up and this isn't the toughest 8k claimers race
#4 Thunder Point * Runs 4th while the Lezcano gets caught being way too confident on the chalk and runs 2nd gl all -bt- Last edited by -BT- : 03-08-2007 at 01:57 PM. |

![]() Race 6) PK4
27 10 456 157 (2nd) 13 36 (hate only being able to use 2 in the last, but the 3rd leg needed to be spread to at least 4 IMO) * Should have just bit the bullet played the "all" in the 3rd leg gl all -bt- Last edited by -BT- : 03-08-2007 at 08:12 PM. |
