Default Scooter goes down

4 of 5 counts...

Wont serve a lot of time. But memory loss defense loses. I forgot to pay may taxes, I forgot I lied... so that means I was telling the truth.

Won't serve any time. Some time between Election Day, 2008 and Inauguration Day, 2009, Bush will pardon him. Bet on it.

I think you're right. Bush doesn't care about public opinion, but this could damage the GOP. My guess is that it's Rove's decision.
Who's the "decider"???
