Aggravated an old splint injury. He is still on schedule to run in the BCC. Here is the link to the article.

They said he is point to a race 3 weeks out of the BCC. Man that is tons for the horse to endure. Race in a Group race, ship the US and then run in the Classic. Man, what a tough 3 weeks.

What's the prognosis on a splint injury? They're fairly common, right?

Just wondering if it's one of those tricky things that could take him out longer if he does anything to reaggravate it.

Sounds very similar to Bellamy Road's injury last year. Doubt very much you'll see him race again this year.
