Right on Digger!! Hope that it works out for you.

I'm going to take a shot at the Rainbow 6 in my ROI also using the full $100 budget.

With the mandatory payout the pool should be very large - estimated at $7.5 million. Maybe one of us will hit it.

Anyone else?

My bid was turned down due to insufficient wins.

Brave and sporting tries by you and Joly. I thought Joly was going to pull it off for a minute there and maybe he would have with a bigger bankroll. If I ever, by some miracle, have a really great year, I might give one of those bets an actual try.

I got a lot of satisfaction out of analyzing the sequence and putting the ticket together. I was pretty sure that it was just too thin at the back end but with the bankroll available what can you do?

Even with no real $$ on the line, after hitting the first 4 races it was agony to watch the next to last race when my top pick of Always Shopping appeared to be home and was nipped at the wire by a late closing War Like Goddess.

Cal, I was once involved in helping structure a pick 6 ticket for a group of casual horseplayers who were pooling their funds to take a shot at a mandatory payout day. I'm only mentioning this because acting as a group is one way to overcome the very high cost of trying to hit one of these jackpots without breaking your personal budget.
