Default First time Spa

Heading out tomorrow from Michigan to Cooperstown Dreams Park for my sons 12u tournament there. I am absoloutly going to find time to get to Saratoga. I heard Mig say last week on HRTV that shorts are not allowed there. Is this true? Even just in the grandstand? Most importantly can I get to the Carolina BBQ in my shorts and flip flops?

That's just in the winner's circle and boxes. Everywhere else you can wear whatever the hell you want.

I had the opportunity to visit Cooperstown the day after Holy Bull's 1994 Travers victory.

Enjoy !!

What about a tank top classed up with a gold chain?

No shorts in the Paddock unless you're female.

I played in that tournament a few years ago. Its a rare experience that your son will never forget.

I warn you, if your are going to go into Cooperstown, do not take the train from Dreams Park. It takes you half way there, and then you have to wait a half hour for the bus that takes you the rest of the way.

We too made the Cooperstown-Saratoga double. It was my first racetrack experience and I have been in love with the game since.
