that has to be on-track only. Total was $1.5m.. The weather was terrible, who in their right mind would go there.

They also had a 23 day Pick 6 carryover today, and noone hit it today either. 99k carryover pool

The attendance is listed as unavailable in the charts. . . Obviously there were people on track.

Of course there were people there......After yesterday a few of them were probably expecting a steel cage match in the paddock.

Unlike most racetracks, there is no recorded attendance because, unlike most racetracks, Philadelphia Park does NOT charge attendance.

Come and go as you please.

Now if only the industry would subsidize past performances...all the better.

we have the same thing at Portland Meadows, free admission and free parking, so our charts always also say attendence 0 I know River Downs is free parking and admission as well, as is turfway i believe.

They stopped tracking admissions when they opened the casino- I don't think Gulfstream or Fair Grounds tracks anymore either.

A more meaningful way of collecting this info in the era of ADW is to count a bet as a patron who was there at the track but that may make too much sense.

Track attendance figs are wildly exaggerated anyways.

They haven't tracked admission at the PHA for far longer than that. They stopped charging admission at least sometime before 1998 when I began working there. No admission, no formal reported attendance.

Ah, I went to college in Philly and went there many times... thought I remembered them tracking it through turnstiles.
