Default I still don't believe it.

I really can't believe that Fresian Fire might run. Maybe the hat is feeling left out with all the RA chatter.

The horse didn't run a step the other day, and if he's sound, why not bring him back? This is LJ's last hurrah, ain't it?

And why didn't he "run a step"? Horses in good shape usually show up and run. If the injury was bad enough to stop him cold, he should take more than 2 weeks off. If the injury wasn't bad enough to stop him cold, then there's probably something else wrong with him.

I still don't believe it either.

People not only wanted this PLUG before the race but they're looking to make excuses for him after it. Maybe they'll try him again in a similar spot.

In the last 25 years:

All off the board in the Derby prior to victory in the Preakness.
