UnGodly feat. Flat course helped but ... 84 degrees and 60% humidity is awful. The world record of ~2:04:30 set in wonderful conditions on a very flat fairly straight course. |

One was a cross country guy. So he is tough. The mental toughness is what really impressed me. Both runners looked like they were done at times but they kept on going. The blonde -headed kid really impressed me. He looked cooked and he was running without help. Both should be very happy with their results. I know some expected one of the two might medal but I would be very proud of the mental effort. |
