Default Pletcher's post-training career

...will be as a TV host. He's doing well, good insight, opinion... not bad!

Most I have heard him ever talk.. Seemed pretty relaxed. Nice change of pace.

one real good aspect of ESPN's coverage is having Pletcher and Baffert taking turns in the booth and giving them time to answer several questions, more in depth than the usual coverage.

Yeah I was actually thinking this was kinda fun, having Pletcher talk more than 5 words in a row. He did it pretty well. If he doesn't get a horse in the Derby for instance or some other big race, maybe they can borrow him for a few minutes. Now you knew for sure when Chris McCarron took a stab at it he wasn't gonna get the call to stick around and definitely didn't. Jerry clearly had the polish to do it "Piazza di Spag-na" aside.

Yeah, Chris always seemed to have a bit of a "twitch" about him..

He would have to take a major cut in pay.

If his horses don't run better than today, it may be sooner than later.

I have talked to Todd more than a little about racing in general and he is very smart and knowledgable. I'm sorry I missed him on ESPN.

I think they've been listening to ATR and trying to copy Steve's success. I found it the best part of the coverage.

Sorry I missed the "prick" comment though!

He's a joke - that's why they only let him out for friday night boxing and horse racing.
