Default What are the rules about signing in guests...
to the backside if you have an Owners Licence? I got my NYRA owners licence 2 weeks ago and have been reticent to sign in people-but noticed that 1 of the other owners appears to be signing in the whole world and having the guests go into areas/events that appear to be no-go areas...

Just go to the security booth at the gate on Nelson Ave and sign them in. At least that is the way it was last year. I haven't been up there yet this year (go the last 2 weeks), but I can't imagine it to be any different.
