Can anyone tell me the last filly or mare that won two or more G1s in open company at 1 mile or further on dirt...??

by open, I meant that she beat the colts or at least won a race in which they could enter.. Did Fleet Indian do that??

Lady's Secret might be the last one who did that and I'm not sure she won two Grade 1s. She definitely won the Whitney.

She did indeed and it was. She crushed them by about eight.

my fav mare, Life's Magic ran 2nd twice against boys in G1's and then beat Lady's secret in the distaff...

Yes, but she couldn't get by one of my favorites, Bounding Basque ( with Tony " never knew the rail " Graell ), in that Brooklyn.

I thought of mentioning her as well. She was a fine horse.

I haven't seen that race...if you know of anywhere that I can I would appreciate it...since I was 9 when she ran in it

thanks guys.. i as chatting to a lad at leopardstown and fillies and mares against colts on dirt somehow came up in our conversation (at a national hunt meeting!). I couldn't think of any recent filly/mare who regularly raced and beat the colts on dirt..
