Default Pelosi's New Intel Chairman Wants MORE Troops in Iraq

There is definitely some irony here. Many people voted for the Democrats because they figured that the Democrats would get us out of Iraq. Now Pelosi's Intelligence Chairman wants to send more troops(an additional 20,000-30,000) to Iraq. I'm not saying that this a bad idea. I'm just saying that it is kind of ironic.

I think the bipartisan goal at this point should be to get the situation in Iraq settled and get the troops home as soon as possible without leaving turmoil in the region. The current method hasn't been working so if sending more over to get the job done will get the troops home sooner then I am all for it.
