Default Preakness Day reminders . . . thoughts & news welcome

Again, we have a $200 wallet for wagering on 4 races of which one may be the Black Eyesd Susan-Preakness double. Points awarded for the day will also be doubled. Ga'luk to all and Enjoy he Day!!! JB will post the Points and ROI threads as appropriate.

It just wouldn't be Preakness weekend if someone didn't mention the pleasure of having Chesapeake Bay crab cakes with Old Bay seasoning and possibly washed down by some National Bohemian (whose jingle used to include, "and while we're signing we're proud to say we're brewed on the shores of Chesapeake Bay").

Hope you all enjoy the day even though the race lacks the Derby winner.

I've pulled crabs from the Chesapeake and will say they are hands down the best.... and that considers my decades sittin by the dock of the bay...

I went to college in Maryland and back then (when dinosaurs roamed the earth) National Bohemian gave Knickerbocker a run for it's money at our school!

I can't imagine liking either today - I'm an IPA kind of guy nowadays.
