Ive been debating whether or not to but the British dvd.
i own the first 2 seasons of the American.
I normally hate british tv, so I have not yet.

Very different, don't know if you'll appreciate it as much having watched the American version first.

Ricky Gervais is one of the funniest people on the planet and I think is funnier than Carrell in the main character.

yeah,
someone told me that supporting characters have larger roles in the American version.
much of that is due to the strong presence of Gervais in the British one.

last week's episode was awesome.
could not stop laughing when they were camped out outside the CFO's house.

Randall...thanks, this is a cool site! I watched the pilot of Dexter late last night...have been really interested in seeing that show and man....not much creeps me out anymore but that one did!!! One sick MF is the Dexter character...guy playing him does a great job and so does Julie Benz as his "damaged" girlfriend...this show can keep you awake at night! Excellent!!!
