Who did the horse foul though? Kendrick overreacted on the 3 and Manny got nervous being inside when he made it tight.

Horse came in hard to rail cutting off 3 in my opinion and then came in again on one. I had no skin in that race but thought the ride was over aggressive and unnecessary.

That’s not what I saw on the replay. I saw Kendrick act like he got cut off and Manny get spooked when he got put in tight. I will agree it was an over aggressive ride so punish the jock. Not the bettors.

Considering the track and the race the third best horse in the race was put up. How is that justice for anyone?
