![]() a complete crime.
worse than Azeri's HOY in the States in 2002. nice mare, but anyone who truly believes this was the best horse running in Europe needs to have their head examined. hell, didnt Dylan Thomas beat her when matched up? Im only remembering her winning one time in open company. hell, might as well give the award to Alexandrova. obviously, the horse deserving of the award is Rail Link. look at what he did. unseats rider in first start of year. then runs 2nd in maiden. then breaks maiden. wins Group 3. wins Group 1 Prix de Paris. wins Group 2 Prix Niel. wins Group 1 Arc. are you kidding me? 5 for 7 Arc winner with a one loss being in his career debut where he unseated the rider. and he does not win the award over a mare who only won once in open company? terrible decision by voters. ![]() Among the European mares, I think Pride had a better and tougher campaign than Ouija Board. This has to be sentiment talking.

i agree. ouija board is more popular and she deserves her popularity but pride had a better year. |
