POST SCRATCHES - FAST / FIRM R6 - California Distaff Handicap 100k (Turf 6.5F) #4 Long Hot Summer (5-2) - Knows this tricky course well and could make amends as the beaten chalk in this event last year. 3RD #3 Barbara Beatrice (6-1) - Has won off the bench and should uncork a late rally. WON $11.60 #7 Starlite Style (15-1) - Closer looks to add some value underneath. R7 - Clm 12.5k B #5 Slasher (7-2) - Freshened up, drops, and picks up top bug boy (Roman). 3RD #1 Individualist (3-1) - Must revert to races earlier in the year, as Miller takes the blinkers off (21%). WON $4.20 #10 Demonslayer (20-1) - Seems like sprinting is what he wants to do and could wake up at this level. #7 Pick One (7-2) - Has performed well versus better caliber and barn is overdue. 4TH R8 - OC 40k/N1X #7 Sheer Flattery (5-1) - Returns to the dirt and anything closed to Robert B. Lewis effort gets it done. 3RD #5 Got Even (10-1) - Will make his presence felt on the front end, but finishing is a concern. WON $24.00 #2 Wild About Deb (7-2) - Comes back to original barn after having little success in New York. In the mix. #8 Ground Rules (6-1) - Makes important 3rd start off a break and Nakatani is on an insane run to start the meet. 4TH R9 - CB MSW 50k (Turf 8F) #4 Halo Ahead (4-1) - Has been knocking on the door and Nak Nak takes the ride. 2ND #10 Rolling Shadow (8-1) - Improved dramatically on the switch to the lawn and still has upside. #9 Gee Street (4-1) - Has been consistent at this level, but hard to trust for top spot. 4TH #8 Battleground State (7-2) - Comes in off the bench for Drysdale after two solid tries on the lawn. WON $7.80 PK4 - 3 4 / 1 4 5 7 10 13 / 2 5 7 / 4 10 = $36 for $.50 Good Racing Luck
