Heh. Trivia tidbit I remember from somewhere- "The Odd Couple" never got great ratings, but everyone recognized how good it was. The network was perfectly happy to keep it going as long as Randall and Klugman wanted to do it; it ended when they felt ready to let it go. Fat chance that'd fly today with a network.
