OK, who's going to be the first to tell me it's the fault of George Bush or the Republicans?

What about the Platitude Generator In Chief? Look at the figure: more total Democrats than total Republicans, and still have 73% wrong direction, and only 45% presidential job approval.

Joey... Did I miss something or was this country going Great Guns when Obama took office? Your HATRED for the man is blinding you to the fact that we were already heading in at blinding speed into the abyss. God could not have stopped the momentum. That said Obama has done NOTHING to improve the situation... I would say 70% of where we are now is certainly the fault of George Bush. He did get us into 2 unfunded wars costing what a Trillion dollars. He did reside over the banking bust and the outflow of jobs at biblical proportions. Your Blinding HATE of Obama is clearly blinding you to those facts.

our actions over the last two decades got us where we are now. but what we need to do is fix our problems, rather than keep on about who caused it. as they say, no use crying over spilled milk. so, everyone needs to change their mode of hand wringing and affixing blame, and start coming up with solutions.

and it doesn't help that our dipshits in office say they want to form a committee, but with certain things off the table-especially when the two biggest things are the two things we most need to address!!!
