Default New AP betting rule

ATTENTION BETTORS: SURFACE CHANGE RULE ELIMINATED
Effective July 28, 2011, when a scheduled turf race is moved to the Polytrack, fans will no longer receive an “all” in the Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5 or Pick 6 wager pursuant to the repeal of Illinois Racing Board rules 308.40 b) and 308.90 e).

I find it amazing the State is able to repeal racing rules while being unable to get a governor to sign a bill.

Knowing IL 'In the event of the race being moved from grass to poly, a bettor who has a horse scratch will not be given the post time favorite but will rather be considered a loser'

Now if they can get rid of the ridiculous 1 1/16 mile races with the finish at the 1/16th pole......

That'll probably be next. Someday they might get a clue... and that day probably won't be in my lifetime.

So what is the rest of the rule? Is there a refund? Or does one's wagers get transferred to the post time favorite?

They appointed a 'super committee' and will decide by Thanksgiving.
