Maiden even that is loaded with TRIPS -- troubled or otherwise.

Can make a case for a handful of them.

Im not sure you can make a case for that many of them... I will say this, the chalk ran ok first time out, BUT OMG what a perfect perfect trip and the group she faced SUCKED. She can win and improve, but I dont want her. I am playing tomorrow, as its my only day off while Toga runs and I looked at this race earlier, here is my opinion...

See above for the chalk.

The 1 is another who can win, but I wont be using. The 1 figures to improve and the 1a had sick speed, but quit badly, Im not crazy about Harty or the group she quit against last time... Maybe I should not say not using, if they get crazy on Mott I might cover in pick 4.

The horse Im looking to bet to win is the #4... I thought she ran ok, the winner came back to bomb and third place has bombed twice, but this girl should be around the morning line and Alan sticks instead of riding for KMac.

THe trainer is HIGH ON THE 3, but she likely needs one.

The 1 got slammed at the gate, almost bolted on the backside, was in the parking lot on the turn and gained a ton of ground late while not being ridden by the jock.

The 2 got a perfect trip and was supposed to go by the winner in the stretch. She did, however, break slow and have to rush up a bit to catch up.

The 4 jumped at the gate, came out in bad stride, then circled the field to almost pull even early stretch before the winner drew off.

The 5 last moved a field but finished well while running greenly.

The 7 was in the same race as the 2, made a dumbass premature move, 3 wide, to hook a couple of duelers, running with them till they entered, then was passed by the 2 easily.

The 8 was in the same race as the 5, took an awkward step at the start, made a premature run on the turn, then was passed by the 5 easily.

I don't care for the 2 (though she can win) but it'll be hard to decide between the 1, 4, 5 and 7.

What an interesting race.

I have a hard time trusting either half of the Darley entry. . . the 2's trouble looks worse on paper than it really was and she sat a garden trip for most of the race after the slow start. The horse she almost caught is terrible. The 4 made a nice little run - I guess I'd have to use her considering the expected price, but Duggan's layoff stats scare me. The 5 made a pretty nice late move. . . I just hope she has a little more speed than she showed. I like that the 7 showed speed. . . I'll use her. I think the 8 ran a better debut race than you do apparently. I guess I have to go four deep. Could never single one out to win unless the odds on the 7 were to double.

I inadvertently omitted the 8 initially. She ran prematurely and was passed easily by the 5. I might know what to do with this if there weren't so many other trips in the race.

Ideally, they scratch the 1A. I'd bet the 1 if she was anywhere near 10:1. 3:1 is ridiculous.
