What's the problem? With S Cal tracks going back to dirt, all the POLY losers will become DIRT winners, AGAIN.

Surely they can withstand a couple of percentage points increase.

The horsemen were NOT the driving force nor even a voice in the takeout increase which came at the time of the legislation renewing the franchise agreement.
