what a stupid idea. Is global waming and anticipation of Detroit's climate change built into the business plan and not talked about or is this a planned half/year operation? Boy does this cry for some wasted stim. $$$$.

I doubt a city like Detroit would ever try it. But I think it's an interesting idea.
