With the limited options that the money people have, this is going to lead to the broadening of the gambling laws of the states so they have the option on taking possesion of the casinos and operating them. With the present lawa there is no option if they forclose, If they forclose under the present laws, what is the value of the properrty without gambling and no gambling without the Indians, What options do they have? If they do fail to pay, will any future Indian casino ever be able to do anything but pitch a tent and offer very limited facilities.

yonkers is killing foxwoods and moehegan sun freddy

no need to get on the bus at nathan's anymore , slots are right up the street

foxwood's simply overexpanded in a downturn , similar to trump in the early 90's in AC

One Tribe in WI owes over $100 million in taxes, and they are currently buying up more land for expansion.

I'm with Freddy on this one. There are way too many casino's already and it's only a matter of time until the cash cow runs out of milk.
