Interesting that 4 of the higher profile horses(connections) are stuck on the outside postwise. This looks like a worthwhile wagering race.

Wynning Ride ride is the horse to beat with her stellar 2nd in the Hol Starlett to Laragh as a benchmark. However I am going to go with Tasty Temptation today and key her on top. The main worry is the 13 post, her last should set her up good today if she can work out a trip from the wide post she should be right there in the end.

7/11/13 ex box.
13 on top.

G'luck.

I like the 14, but the post is a big concern.

I'm with you but I'm more concerned about the price. I need >15:1 to hit her.

No one is interested in the turf sprint?

I'd be shocked if she's much over 10-1. Maybe the outside post will temper the action on her. . .

Isn't the the 1 the obvious one off the wide choke job from Leparoux last time? 10-1 seems too good to be true.

She definitely was choked out by why is her best good enough to win here? Not saying she can't but I'm going to try to get a price (and some better racing luck, hopefully) with After the Applause.

Interesting that she beat Laragh in her lone turf start. I could see it - maybe I'll use her too. . .

The problem with betting a horse like that is that she's a totally unknown quantity. Her Euro form is decent enough, but there are simply too many question marks to bet her with any confidence - How long has KMc had to work with her? Will she like poly? Can she go this far?, etc. The only way I could justify betting or using her on top is if (barring a conversation with Kiaran) she were to open up pretty short. I'd still have a lot of doubts, though.

The 12 would be a complete guess, I read a quote from Kieran somewhere he was looking fwd to running her today, nothing more nothing less. Not alot to go on with no works and an obscure turf record that certainly I don't recognize the names she has beaten. I doubt with these high profile connections she will be 20-1 ML...If she does go off that high a couple dollars her way as a saver but that's all.

Tasty Temptation got left at the gate, just stood there, the winner had a perfect trip. Wynning Ride was surprisingly ridden off of the pace by 'smoking Joe' Talamo. I wonder when people will realize this guy makes Mike Smith look like Johnny Longden. At this stage I doubt TT will be any price in the Bison City, 2nd race in the triple tiara, just a thought would like to see her take on the boys in the Plate, that race is wide open and she should fit. Don't know Casse's plans though as he has other options.

As hoped Tasty Temptation a troubled second in the Oaks seems to be headed towards the Plate according to a quote attributed to Mark Casse 'if she trains well', personally I love this move as she has had many troubled trips at Woodbine and Keeneland. She would be my early pick without a reservation and could follow in the footsteps of Rachel Alexandra a filly winning a leg in the triple crown series.
