Anybody have any input as to why Jack Spratt is an MTO? His last race was a Stakes win on the grass. Are they that intent on getting him on the dirt? If so, why not go in the Sam Davis?

Save themselves 1250.00 to not scratch?? Seriously, this makes no sense at all. He'd be way over his head in the SFD though.
