Default Stardom Bound

Runs Sunday at Del Mar in the 4th race. Suppose to be one fast horse. Watch out for this one.

Default Stardom Bound

She cost $375,000 at the OBS March 2 year old sale as Hip 440. She worked at the sale 3 Furlongs in 33.3. Wow! Also has a series of quick works on her tab including a 59.0H and 46.6 H. Hope to get 5-2 on her.

The other filly who looks good in here is also a firster named Montana Fields a Pulpit filly trained by Hollendorfer who has worked a 59.0HG and 46.4HG.

Default Ahhhhhhhh!

He broke dead last, closes like a tornado! I gotta see this freakin photo, it looked like he got there. They're calling the 1 horse inside, if Stardom Bound lost it's by a half a nostril! I had a $21 p3 play, that would have paid

whats even more painful is you got 4-1 on her, not going to get anything near that next time out...

Brad Free talked aobut this horse couple of days ago i was stunned when i saw that she was 4-1 i put the bet in before i left and had that 1,5,10 over her so it worked out well for me surprised the ex paid that much. Haven't seen the race but from reading the chart looks like she closed like a freight train and your right next race no way is she anywhere near 4-1 i honestly expected her to go off around 9/5 or 2-1 just bc of all the hype ive been reading about her. Glad to see that she showed up and ran a good race

Surprisingly the photo is not even close as the 1 broke the wire by at least a full nose. Cal Racing has it up now for those interested.

You can't be looking at the right photo. He lost by a buger, that way very close.

Stardom Bound ran his final 1/16th of a mile in about 5 seconds. That is pretty amazing. He must have run his final 1/8th of a mile in about 10 seconds. That is unheard of for practically any horse, let alone a 2 year old.

However, you can't compare this to regular dirt. Polytrack plays more like grass when it comes to being able to run fast final 1/8ths and quarters.

Goes Wednesday in the Sorrento 7th race. They have really high hopes for this one.

You might get a decent price here in this G3 for two year fillies. The extra distance may be to her liking judging by how she finished the debut.
