Default Tale Of Akati Prado almost cost CJ race

I say CJ would have won by 5 lenghts if not knock off stride and sideways by
Prado and piece of crap TOK. Crush the win but missed my exacta. Hope you
all won .

Tale of Ekati is no piece of crap, he's just been made to look like one because of horrible mismanagement.

With the move he made in the Jim Dandy moving into the teeth of that fast pace I was hoping Tagg would cut him back to the 7f for the King's Bishop where I think he would have fit pretty well with that group.

He shouldve been cut back to one turn after the Derby. I said it after the race, how Tagg watched that horse finish in the Derby and thought "more distance", I can't fathom. Hopefully he's not too screwed up to still be a good one-turn horse.

I should'nt have said that about TOE I was just pissed that he almost took CJ out and some other horses. However i don't think Tagg has any 11/4 mile horses in his barn, 3 yr olds that is. I should have blame Prado for poor ride or maybe TOE just got away from him in final turn. Anyway i cash the win but did not have Mambo Jambo for the exacta.

I saw that they brushed which caused CJ to come out and almost end Macho Again's life right there but you really think he would have won by 5 if that had not happened? Consider the Colonel lucky to get this one cause he had a much easier trip regardless of that little bit of trouble than Mambo had.

CJ"S left hind end swung right showing he was hit from the rear side, i like CJ
because he's had only 1 race on dirt, the KY Derby, have to throw that out.
He just might end of the big horse for the JGC and fall races, maybe even BC.
Remenber i said this.

how can mambo be the only good horse to come out of this race? col john, until today, did his only good running on poly-and he also had a rough race today, and still managed to win it, even if the margin was small, he still won the thing.

Colonel John has run on Poly exactly once and he lost. He has run on the All-Weather surface at Santa Anita and Hollywood (whose trademarked name escapes me) and won 3 of 6, or 50%; his percentage on traditional dirt is 1 for 2, or 50%.

I know many of you use Poly as a catchall to describe any AW surface, but they are not the same stuff and shouldn't be treated as such in discussion or in handicapping. Not even all the Poly tracks play the same way (AP vs Kee).
