Default it said grill...

take about 1/2 dozen jalpieno peppers.. cut them in half ..de seed them..rub your eye...then take the halves and stuff them with mexican cheese blend..wrap them in bacon ..use toothpicks to keep bacon on..grill, eat..drink beer..repeat..

Matt,
Have used this recipe along with adding chicken or sausage before wrapping in bacon. Try it, they are fantastic either way.

just tried it and my eyes are f*ck*n on fire you a**, damn you! ...and it's jalapeno! (with one of these~over the n)

they are tasty though...
