Default Black Mamba

I hear that former NZ horse Black Mamba won a Grade 2 over there this weekend, can anyone who saw the race tell me what they thought of her performance?

Cheers.

Well, what went through my head was "Gee, she ran just like the other three Sadler trained horses that won stakes the day before, whom all ran like all those Sadler trained horses that were running out of their skin back in January".

Otherwise, she looked pretty solid. She didn't beat much of anything doing it though. If you have a high speed internet connection, we can tell you how to get a good high quality streaming video of the race, if you like.

Actually, think I've found it myself. Putting in the effort of looking for something often leads to finding it, funny that.

Thanks anyway.

http://www.pedigreequery.com/black+mamba2

Nicely bred. By Black Minnaloushe(StormCat) o/o (Sneetch - Grosvenor) , a NZ family.

Grosvenor is tail male to Sir Gaylord. Difficult to find a sire tail mail to Sir Gaylord these days. Consequently, you have the formidable Secretariat/Sir Gaylord cross 4x5. She is 5x5 to the first Canadian triple crown champ New Providence. Finally, she is outcrossed to the 2 Northern Dancers in Black Minnaloushe.

Can anyone name a sire tail male to Sir Gaylord ? We used to have Lord Avie.
