As a person who has attended shareholders meetings at CDI let me be the first to warn PETA....bring some coffee...cause it is a snoozefest. And if they think that they will get any questions answered, they may need to buy a few more shares.

don't know specifically with CDI, but with other companies, you can attend the meeting and even put things up for a vote at a meeting with even 1 share.
