Good seat for Belmont at face value

I have one ticket in the Clubhouse. It is section 2E, Row N. It is a very good seat. The ticket price is $110. Anyone interested, please PM me and we will try to figure how to hook up. You will have to pay an additional $20 to get in the Clubhouse.
