question on Pick 3 rules at Churchill

I am not positive so I'll ask

I made a bunch of bets and headed home.

I have the first two legs of a pick 3 & pick 4
I get home and see that Prussian has been scratched
probably due to the recent rain

question is

so I automatically get the post time favorite or is there a consolation pick 3 pay off?
