![]() I placed a $1 Pick 4 at Gulfstream on 3/9/08 with the following format:
Leg 1: 2 horses Leg 2: 4 horses Leg 3: 3 horses Leg 4: 2 horses I had two horses in the first Leg (neither of them were favorites) One of them scratches at the gate but the other horse I had on first Leg wins at 10-1. Should I not recieve a partial refund since one my horse scratched? I placed the bet on betpad.com. Betpad.com says I can not recieve a refund because of Gulfstreams scratch policy. I could not cancel the wager because tha site does not allow cancellations. What does that mean? do different tracks have different rules based on scratched horses? Do they pay on Consolation Pick 4s? |

![]() In Florida, leg 1's
DD, P-3 = refund P-4, P-6 = Post time Fav Some of the offshores will also refund on the p-4 and p-6. They don't want to get to get jammed. |
