Rain/conditions KO the late races at Fair Grounds Thursday.. HOL kicks odd its' closing weekend with a good card featuring an added money for state bred F&M's..


HOLLYWOOD


7th: Cal-bred MSW, 2yo, 6.5f (P4, P3, DD, Super)

NOTE: Be aware of the progeny of DECARCHY who is off to a strong start as a sire.. 15 starters with 5 winners and 10 ITM finishes overall.. The 15 runners have made 38 total starts, and have won at a 29% clip with 60% ITM overall.. #10 Decarchyan scratched from this, but #12 Call sign Iceman is making his debut..

TRI in the 2nd....11/5/1 Hope to get some value on the #5, like her here.

Not sure what to do in the 3rd....Rising Rate looks to be lone speed, but has to improve 2nd off.

I like Swing Your Partner in the 8th. Gomez hasn't won yet today and he's bound to win at least one race so.....I figure it's either here or the next one.

I used to love PT's Grey Eagle. I have lost some money on that horse in the past and I am not going to wager on him in the 10th. Instead I like two horses. I like the 4 and the 7. A little trifecta here.

Pick 6 will carry unless the 1, 5, 11 or 14 win. Could be a nice closing day at Hollywood tomorrow.
