When was the last time you saw a full field, grade one race for older fillies and mares? Much less a grade 2 or 3.... the division just does not seem to fill.

With as strong as the other fields look I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the Go For Wand. I'm guessing the racing office is working pretty hard to get a couple more into the race.

Before RTR's problem, I thought the GFW would have been a great return race for at 1 1/8 for her, especially given the 3 horse field.

Here are the nominations for the GFW with a few editorial remarks about their likelihood to run.

Ermine IN
Eyes on Eddy- Last seen in the Locust Grove on turf; allowance winner at CD on 6/9; possibility if field is short
Fiery Pursuit- Lukas horse who made the pace in Fleur de Lis, stole the Louisville BC on Oaks day; Lukas doesn't skip many dances
Ginger Punch- First Flight winner 7/8, could run if Frankel is not pointing to Honorable Miss/Ballerina
India- Pletcher been tip-toeing around minor stakes with her, she has run big at the Spa before
Indian Vale- Just ran in Del Cap 7/15, unlikely to run
Leo's Pegasus- Neil Howard allowance horse from KY
Miss Shop- IN
Mo Cuishle- Scratched from listed stakes race today at Belmont; switched to Tagg after disappointing Sixty Sails in April; unseen since then
Octave- Won the CCA Oaks yesterday
Plaid- I don't know much about her, other than that she's an Asmussen who he may have tried in Iowa last time
Rags to Riches- Well I'd say we all know what she's up to
Roshani- Pletcher filly who has been running on turf
Soul Search- Neil Howard mare who I don't know much about
Teammate- IN
Unbridled Belle- Recent Del Cap winner; not likely here
Yolanda B. Too- West Point Violette runner who I can't remember seeing for a while

Hopefully we'll get five or six.
