New tote protocol?

Steve,

Had a rare opportunity to listen live today as I took the morning off from work. I heard you mention an upcoming tote protocol change, particularly one that would enhance the visibility into the combinations being bet for a trifecta.

Do you have any links, articles, or previous posts to point us to for that. I am intrigued.
