Default Hinsdale: The Ultimate 'Bad Penny'..

This is something else..

Bettor Sued By Bankrupt Track For Winnings

HINSDALE, N.H. -- A man who won big at the Hinsdale Greyhound racetrack is being sued by the bankrupt business to take back the $17,000 he won more than two years ago. Bryan Clifford said he has the winning tickets and a paper trail to show that he won the money in October 2008. But a copy of a document provided to Clifford by the track's bankruptcy attorneys lists Clifford as a vendor, alongside a cable company and veterinarian who did business with the track.

Clifford said when he got a summons from the federal bankruptcy court, he didn't believe it. "I thought it was a scam, so I contacted that attorney, 'Is this real? Is this a joke?'" Clifford said.

Dumb question but if he was able to get cash instead of the check no issue? In addition he would need a Vendor's Liscense to be a Vendor no? Of course he's not a Vendor, so this makes no sense.
