Yes sir I do . And I understand the unpredictability of horses and the dangers they pose . Safety improvements should always be strived for . Of course they need to be affordable as well .

I don't know the cause or the frequency of these tragic incidents and I doubt the NTRA does either . A thorough investigation is needed into tragedies like this .

I had no idea either of the traffic dangers of the training track . I'm just shocked at these incidents . Unfortunately it took Tin Cup Chalice to bring this to public attention .
