The US education system would certainly benefit. I suppose you missed the irony of Rahm being the one to circumvent the union being that according to Riot it is all a plot by the Koch brothers and GOP gov's. Perhaps you agree with the teachers unions here and disagree with better educating students AND paying teachers more...
